As a patient, you need a referral from a physician to see us. Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting walk-ins at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Physicians can refer patients to one of our locations in Alberta, including ones in Calgary, Strathmore, Edmonton, Red Deer and Okotoks. Please use the referral form that matches the city you’re in. If you have any questions please call 403-265-8149. We have very short wait times and can get patients in usually within 1-2 weeks.
