Start your bedtime routine 30-45 minutes away before you plan to sleep – this includes putting away your phone.

Catch up on house work and play video games. Also, my fiancé and I love to go visit our nephew and do activities with him.

Relaxing your body and mind is the key. Taking a warm bath, meditating or doing light exercise to stretch out your tense muscles are the best ways in my opinion to achieve a good night sleep.

What is your favorite activity to do when fully rested?

I love going to the movies or the theater with friends. Discovering new restaurants and trying different cuisines are also among my favorite activities.
